Cut Off native Glen Pitre has written, produced, and directed dramas for the big screen, thrillers for cable, documentaries for nationwide broadcast, and giant screen IMAX films seen worldwide as well as authoring a half-dozen books and designing exhibits for three dozen museums, but though he has toiled from Paris to Mumbai, the majority of his work – he would argue his best stuff – springs from his home turf of Lafourche and Terrebonne parishes.
